The qualification aims to provide you with suitable knowledge, guidance, support an understanding that everyone has the right to learn, to be safe and to be respected. You will cover various aspects of safeguarding and have the opportunity to explore these within your own setting. There are a range of teaching materials that you will work your way through and at the end of each section you will complete a small assessment. The course is chunked into small sections so that you can complete parts of the course even if you have a short amount of time.

Unit 3 – Staying safe online in a learning environment
Unit 4 – Investigating cyberbullying in a learning environment
Unit 5 – Investigating harassment and bullying in a learning environment
Unit 6 – Recognising abuse in the learning environment
Unit 7 – Staying safe in a work environment
